About me
I work in Cork City as a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist with all presenting issues with both individuals and couples.
I have extensive experience of working with groups of many levels and abilities, currently focusing on co-facilitating Advanced Experiential Process groups for therapists and individuals who have significant personal development experience and are seeking a more challenging, growth-oriented environment.
I also run training seminars for psychotherapists on various topics, throughout the year, building on over 8 years of experience working within a psychotherapy training context as a group facilitator and lecturer, and in the area of course development and strategic planning.
I have vast experience in creating and co-facilitating experiential personal development workshops on a variety of themes, run over weekends, thorughout the year.
