I help with anxiety, depression, sadness, panic, excessive worry, relationship issues, bereavement, self esteem, anger management, inner critics, guilt, social anxiety, feeling disconnected. Adjusting to change, break ups, loss of confidence. CBT, humanistic therapy, integrative therapy, psycho dynamic therapy. I also provide integration therapy for clients who have worked with transpersonal expetiential modalities such as breathwork and psychedelic assisted therapies. I apply shamanic therapy modalities with clients where appropriate.
