Areas of Interest
I work from a humanistic and integrative approach and draw from elements of relational gestalt, person centred, psychodynamic, trauma informed/somatic approaches and art/creative modalities.
I work with a variety of client issues including: depression, anxiety, LGBTQI+/gender identity issues, trauma/early childhood issues, relationships, loss, life crises, neurodiversity.
I also have a huge interest in the area of supervision and training of new psychotherapists and supervisors coming into the field.
