I work from a humanistic and integrative approach and draw from elements of relational gestalt, person centred, psychodynamic and art/creative modalities.
I work with a variety of client issues including: depression, anxiety, LGBTQI+/identity issues, trauma/early childhood issues, relationships, loss and life crises.
I have been working with clients for over 18 years and as a supervisor for five years.
