If your renewal is due, when you log in to your profile, you will see a notice in the bottom right hand corner of the screen stating that your renewal is due and the payment owed.
You can access your profile at the top right of the screen.
To renew, click on the 'Renew To 2022' button.
You will then be asked to review your membership details and public profile details. Your Public Profile is what appears in the 'Find A Psychotherapist' directory when a member of the public clicks on your profile.
Once you have reviewed and confirmed your details, you will then be given the option to 'Pay Online' or 'Invoice Me' (offline payment - see further details below).
For online payments, we use the secure payment system Stripe (as used by thousands of global companies and organisations). The process is simple & immediate and your receipt/invoice will be automatically generated for your records, with a copy emailed to you.
When you click Pay Online, you will be directed to the IAHIP Stripe Payment page. Simply enter your card details (credit or debit) and click the pay button.
Once the transaction has been processed, the confirmation screen will appear.A record of your invoice and payment will remain in your profile under the invoices and payments tab.
If you wish to pay offline, through the IAHIP office, click the Invoice Me button when given payment options. Your profile will now show that you have started the renewal process but payment is outstanding.
Contact the office to arrange your payment. You can chose to pay by standing order, postal order or cheque.
Once the process has been completed, you will receive two email notifications from IAHIP, one confirming your renewal and the other containing your payment receipt.
If you have commenced the process but are yet to pay, you will receive an email notification to confirm this.
