heal and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul with Mindfulness Rooted
Ecotherapy (MRE) and see the profound impact it can have on your
    personal and professional life.

Mindfulness Rooted Ecotherapy combines the principles of mindfulness
with a flexible and creative approach to ecotherapy. There can be a
misconception that ecotherapy always involves the outdoors yet there are
a multitude of powerful methods that can be applied in both indoor and
    outdoor settings.

Contact with Nature is not optional for humans, it’s a basic need necessary
for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Many clients who
would benefit from nature connection approaches most, can be restricted
by little opportunity to access Nature outside due to a multitude of
reasons. This can include extended hospital stays, residential settings for
elderly or disabled people, or clients suffering from allergies, illness,
disability, or trauma for example. There are also many urban educational
and healthcare settings with limited access to outdoor spaces.

Mindfulness Rooted Ecotherapy enables practitioners to individually tailor
a program for their clients depending on setting, 1:1 or group sessions,
personal preferences, and needs of both practitioner and client.

Participants Wanted: MSc Psychotherapy Research (Ireland & UK)

I am currently completing MSc research in psychotherapy and am inviting pre-accredited and accredited psychotherapists and counsellors in Ireland and the UK to take part in a short, anonymous online survey (5–10 minutes) exploring awareness of the relationship between nutrition and mental health, and how (or if) this features in therapeutic practice.

All perspectives are welcome — you do not need to discuss, use, or have awareness of nutrition in your clinical work to take part.

Participants may optionally enter a €50 gift card draw as a thank-you for participation.

    Free Supervision Opportunity

Hello all, my name is Geraldine Mulpeter and I am an accredited member of IAHIP. I am currently undertaking supervision training at DCTC (Dublin City Training Centre) and am seeking psychotherapists who would be willing to receive supervision as part of my training requirements.

    What I'm offering:

    • ·         Free individual supervision sessions (approximately 25 hours total over the training year, which may be spread across multiple supervisees)
    • ·         A supportive, confidential space to reflect on your clinical work
    • ·         Commitment to professional standards and ethical practice
    • ·         Supervision from an experienced psychotherapist

    What I'm looking for:

    • ·         IAHIP members who are either fully accredited or pre-accredited.
    • ·         Practitioners willing to meet regularly (frequency to be agreed)
    • ·         Commitment to the supervisory relationship for the duration of my training
    • ·         At least one supervisee available for face-to-face supervision in Dublin (online supervision also available for others)

Please note: Pre-accredited therapists please note: This supervision cannot be counted towards your accreditation requirements as I am in training.

This is an excellent opportunity if you're looking for supervision support and are comfortable being part of a training placement. All supervision will be conducted under the guidance of my training programme.

Training period: End of January 2025 onwards

If you're interested or would like to discuss further, please contact me at mulpetergeraldine@gmail.com

Thank you for reading. I look forward to hearing from you.
