SUSIE ORBACH

Susie Orbach, a celebrated psychotherapist, psychoanalyst, and writer, co-founded The Women’s Therapy Centre in London and New York. She is the author of "Fat is a Feminist Issue," "Bodies," and "In Therapy: The Unfolding Story."


Orbach has received honorary doctorates from several universities and is the recipient of the Inaugural British Psychoanalytic Council’s Lifetime Achievement Award. She continues to work with individuals and couples from her practice in London.
