Donna is a Certified (MTAI) Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme Teacher (MBSR). She trained with the Center for Mindfulness, Medical School, UMASS with Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn. She has also taught mindfulness at the School of Medicine at University of Limerick, Ireland.
