Mindfulness & Compassion in Integrative Supervision
April 27th 2024
Marino Conference Centre Dublin
10 am to 4:30 pm (9:30 am reg)
Facilitators: Masa Zvelc & Gregor Zvlec
At its best supervision is a reflective, relational, transformative, and collaborative process. Supervisees often witness the darkest side of human experience. How does this affect them and how do they cope? How can supervision help regulate and transform painful experience? How can transformed supervisee's way of being influence the next supervision session?
Masa Zvelc and Gregor Zvlec experienced facilitators from Slovenia, will
encourage us to explore: Mindfulness and Compassion at the heart of the Supervisory Relationship.
All these questions are the focus of mindfulness and compassion oriented integrative supervision. If you would like to explore this and other important evolving themes in supervision, including: Emotional and physiological regulation, physiological parallel process, rupture and repair in the supervisory relationship, relating from the observing Self, Compassion focused interventions in supervision you are invited to join this event. This experimental, professional development event, will provide space for us to: Reconnect, Reflect, Experience and Practice ways of facilitating integrative Supervision.
