In Constellation work we are bringing back together that which has been separated: there we find movements towards peace, paths to reconciliation in both our internal and external worlds. The lens of inclusion brings an understanding of dynamics which exist within us all. Such an integration gives new perspectives on our internal and external conflicts.

How Can We Make Peace? From where we are standing, how can we contribute to finding peace amidst the chaos and pain? The times we are living in now shout out this question. Bert Hellinger opened a pathway to peace many years ago in 2009 when he wrote his book Peace Begins in the Soul.

Come bring all your conflicted parts, your sadness and your joy, the dynamics of your sacred your family, bring the intelligence of your intergenerational coping strategies because along with your ancestors they have all been in the service of life. All are welcome and included without judgement to stand with us in Rumi’s field:

“Out beyond ideas of wrong doing and right doing there is a field i will meet you there”. 

So, let us spend this Sunday working together on our own healing, bringing to light that which our systems have hidden in plain sight, longing to be seen. The symptoms of our deep love, loyalties and the scars of our attachments.

In the work new images and perspectives unfold These are often beyond the limits of the personality, they are attuned to the creative guiding force of life. Bert calls this The Spirit Mind or Tao. The whole group is in service to life. If we are open and present, whether as client or representative in the service of our sacred families or as part of the essential holding group within which the work unfolds, we will find ourselves deeply moved. Our Personal issues can be touched in a profound way when we experience how love can flow.

This work has a delicate simplicity whose impact ripples widely. Our Souls can be moved when there is a place for ‘everything’ and ‘all’ are re-membered with love. Bert Hellinger’s work continues to unfold healing movements in relationship at all levels. And can offer reconciliation within ourselves and in our sacred families which can then spread to larger groups and wider contexts.

Guest Speaker presenting The High Art of Helping: a Soul Journey: International Hellinger Days October 2023 Hellingerschule Bad Reichenhall Germany.

Colette has been involved with constellation work and training for over 25 years. She trained with Bert and Sophie Hellinger at the Hellingerschule and with many other first-generation facilitators. Co- founder of Ochre with Sebastian Green and course director of the Family Systems Practitioner training program in Bangalore India. She has a small, private practice in Cork and has run Constellation Workshops in Ireland, England, Germany and India and works as an Organizational Consultant using a Systemic/Psychodynamic lens. She works both on-line and in person and also offers Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Constellation Work with horses.
