How does group supervision work?
Group supervision is an alternative to the one-to-one supervisor experience. In a collegial, confidential and safe setting you will access a wide range of experiences, trainings and perspectives through which you can explore and grow in your practice. The method is to use the group as the medium of the supervision. Group members bring material from their therapeutic work, and together, generate ideas and hypotheses, share free floating associations, follow the reverie and encourage different ways of working and thinking. The group creates a condensation of thoughts and associations for thinking about what is happening in the transference relationships in the work, and the parallel processes in the group.
