Psychotherapist and Supervisor
I have been working for 18 years as a psychotherapist in organisations and in private practice. Listening and acceptance are always the basis of my work.
My psychotherapeutic style is determined by what you need support with. You may want to deal with a specific issue like grief, loss, work or relationship stress, anxiety, depression or trauma. You might be aware that something in your life now is connected to past experience and are ready to approach it. Some people are considering meaning and purpose while others want to consider their lives from a desire to grow and change.
Whatever the starting point, we all want a more fulfilling life and my support and skills may be a help in this regard.
I am working for 6 years now as a supervisor of accredited, pre accredited and student psychotherapists as well as of other caring professionals who need support in their work.
I see the supervision space as facilitating reflection on the experience of working with and being present to the client.
As well as offering you support with your client work, I also like to consider what is happening within you as you relate to your client, in the relationship between you and also in the supervisory relationship as a way of reaching further insight, confidence and growth in your profession.
