Working as a therapist since 2001. Embodiment practices inform my work. Coming from a somatics and trauma-informed perspective, the creative and integrative skills I offer are relational in nature and founded in helping people develop their personal resources, awareness, understanding of circumstance and integration of self and experience.
My main interest is in providing an enriching and safe environment, offering heart-centred care for people's self and relational healing.
Training in: Psychology; Biosynthesis; Drama Therapy; Playback Theatre, Laban Community Dance; Mindfulness, and years of experience in practices of yoga, voice work, conscious dance and mindfulness.
