Dr. Harry Barry is a renowned and highly respected GP, consultant and author of numerous books on the subjects of anxiety, panic, stress & resilience and is one of Ireland’s leading authorities on the subject of anxiety and panic attacks.

In this professional workshop, you will learn how to apply the latest brain-based research and interventions when working with clients with anxiety. Dr. Barry will explain what it is about our minds and brains that generate the symptoms of anxiety and what neuroscience informs us about the causation and treatment of anxiety and panic.  He shares his insights into the use of psychoeducation to help clients understand and identify signs and symptoms and will teach how to support clients to make lifestyle changes and use mindfulness, exercise, and CBT techniques.

You will be awarded 4 CPD points on completion of the workshop (IACP & IAHIP approved)
