ABOUT THE MODULE
INNER WORK is essential for psychological and physical wellbeing, when we ignore the messages from the deep psyche, symptoms manifest in our everyday life as stress, anxiety, depression and problems in relationship.

“The psychological rule is that which we hold within ourselves, we meet in life as fate” CG Jung.

Whatever remains unconscious within our shadow we manifest and attract to ourselves until we bring it into the light of conciousness. On this TTT day we will explore different means and methods to heal our unconscious wounds that prevent us from living a more fulfilling and enlightened life, such as:

DREAM INTERPRETATION, ACTIVE IMAGINATION, IMAGERY IN HEALING, VIZUALIZATION and GUIDED IMAGERY, SHAMANIC COUNSELLING, BREATHWORK, and PAST LIFE REGRESSION.

“Consciousness does not just passively reflect the objective material world; it plays an active role in creating reality itself”. Stanislav Grof.

The day will consist of a Lecture, Documentary Movie, Experiential Inner Journey and Group Discussion Q&A.

Sunday April 8th, 10am to 5pm, €95 includes Tuition, Lunch, tea/coffee and snacks.

Facilitated by Martin Duffy.
