A few words about our workshops:-
We practice awareness of self, other, the circle of community and the sacred. We include somatic inquiry, free movement, dance, sound (mantra), visualizations and meditations as well as time for deep rest. Out of this emerges a co-creative space. This field informs and supports Systemic Constellations as they often evolve into Sacred Ritual and Archetypal themes. In the presence of each other we touch what is alive in the moment.
