Hakomi Ireland offers open Multilevel training means Hakomi Introduction and Levels 1, 2 & 3 are all in one workshop. Everybody learns at own level in a group of many levels. Learning Hakomi occurs through deepening into the Hakomi principles and state-of-being. The content of the workshop is carefully structured to support all skill levels. All levels of Hakomi experience and skill are welcome. Anybody wishing to have an introduction of Hakomi can come along to any workshop. Deepening skills and coaching also available. Individuals wishing to start the full Hakomi training may attend. People who have had some Hakomi experience and have already partly completed a Hakomi training are also welcome.
Who can attend?
Anyone who has an interest in understanding themselves and others and in working with present mind-body experience can benefit from this training. Note that this is experiential training with a requirement to self-study. This is an ideal add on training for psychotherapists/counsellors that have an interest in body centered therapies. CPD hours available.
Anyone in the healing professions—psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, allopathic and naturopathic physicians and nurses, homeopaths, body-centered practitioners, and people in care-giving situations—will find within this method techniques to enhance their practice. This training is an ideal add-on for professional development.
Cost:
If All 3 Modules/Trainings of 2020 are paid for by February 1st, (save €240) special offer €570 per 5-day training. Total €1,710
Early Bird Offer; €610. Full early bird fee to be paid in total 6 weeks prior to start date of training. Early Bird offer expires 6 weeks prior to commencement date of training.
Full Fee within 6 weeks of training: €650 per 5 day training. Deposit €100 secures place.

Accommodation: Self-catering, en-suite single bedrooms €45 per night. Double/twin rooms €70 per night. Booking for four nights. Extra nights available on request. Early booking advised. Booking only with Hakomi Ireland.
Lunches: booking for five days only. Organic vegetarian soups, salads and Breads (gluten-free available) Total: €63.
TIMES:
Day 1: Meet and greet cuppa from 10:00 am. Training starts at 10:30 am & finishes 5:30 pm. (1 hour lunch)
Day 2-4 (inclusive) start 10:00 am and finishes at 5:30 pm each day (Lunch approx 1.5 hours)
Day 5: start 10:00 am (1 hour lunch) finishes at 4:00 pm
The format is 3 by 5-day trainings for 3 years. After completion of 45 days training, a certification of completed Hakomi training will be issued. The training is valuable for developing skills that are applicable in many contexts. Should you however wish to practice as a Certified HEN Hakomi practitioner you will need to complete the certification process. This involves providing evidence of competency in the form of self-critiqued videos of Hakomi sessions.

Here’s What You Need to Know About the Method
Cancellation Policy: Attendees will receive a full refund minus €80 administration fee when cancelling prior to 30 days before the event; 50% refund for cancellation 14-30 days prior to event. If cancelled within 14 days of workshop no refund available and full payment needed as the space assigned cannot be rebooked in this timeframe. All fees are non transferable. Should Hakomi Ireland need to cancel any training, full refund will be given.
