Treating Panic Attacks: The Anxiety Specialist Series

Saturday, February 22nd, 2020.

Navan Education Centre, Navan, Co. Meath.

“Do you do CBT”? More and more counsellors and psychotherapists tell me that prospective clients are now asking this question of them – and that they are often unsure how best to answer. While most psychotherapists have some cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) training, many lack the depth of knowledge and/or the confidence to offer effective CBT treatments.

A better question might be; “How do you treat Panic Attacks?” and “How effective is this treatment?”. Treating Panic Attacks and Panic Disorder does require specialist knowledge and skills. With so much information freely available online, our clients rely on us to be experts and reliable sources of information. While there will be many common ‘facts’ about panic attacks, each person’s experiences will be unique, and must therefore be fully understood by their therapist for a successful outcome.

Effective treatment protocols have been; developed, tested rigorously, and proven to be highly effective for most recipients. Learn to deliver these treatments with competence and confidence at our next skills-based workshop. Each workshop includes a comprehensive take-away manual to further assist you in putting your learning to good use! To learn more, and see what previous course participants had to say, visit our website https://www.rosarionolan.com/testimonials.html

Facilitator:

Rosario Nolan is a CBT Practitioner and Supervisor and is a fully accredited member of both the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Award: Certificate of Attendance – 6 Hours CPD

Cost per Workshop: €135.00. (Discount options available!) Find out more and Book Online at https://www.rosarionolan.com/online-bookings.html or contact rosario@rosarionolan.com or call Rosario on 087 790 90 99.
