Ads will appear in our custom format, the same font and style as all the others.
Please do not include more text than would appear in one A4 page. If it’s simple, please cut and paste it into the form field below. If it’s long, or contains many hyperlinks, please supply the text in Word or Plain text format, (.doc, .docx, .rtf, .txt) and upload it below.
You may also include an image, max width 600px wide, which can appear at the top of your finished ad. Please send it as a separate gif, jpg, or png file below. We cannot accept images embedded in pdfs or doc files – they must be sent separately below.
If you want your ad as it appears in the listings to have a thumbnail image beside the title, please also send us a square image (perhaps a logo?) below. If you don’t include this square image, a cropped square version of your principal image could be used, which could look odd, if it itself is not square.
Please take care to convey the essence of what you are advertising in the title – four or five words maximum.
If you wish us to include a PDF file of your brochure or flyer, please upload it. It will be downloadable by viewers of your ad. We will not store .doc files on our website, for security reasons. Please indicate in a footnote in your copy which words you want hyperlinked to this file.
Please clearly include in your copy who you are, your contact details, and all dates. Even if you link to a webpage elsewhere containing this information, we require this information to be at the bottom of all ads.
After we have published the ad, we will contact you to let you know we have done so. We would ask you to proofread it as soon as possible before it gets distributed by email to the public mailing list on Friday, as once it has been emailed, it can’t be “un-emailed”.
Ads received by 9.30am on a Monday morning will be distributed to the mailing list on Friday at 5pm.
