Michael is a highly skilled and experienced teacher and yoga practitioner. He will present his understanding of the body and the nervous system and how we can do simple techniques to reduce stress and calm the nervous system.
Many of us are in continual fight or flight mode and so stress remains in the body. He will speak about the nervous system and how we can use simple but effective techniques to reduce our felt sense of stress in our bodies. The format will be informative with discussion and opportunities to practice some of the techniques which could be done at our desks.
Michael Ryan is a Dublin based teacher of Mindful Hatha Yoga & Meditation, giving classes and workshops around Ireland. He regularly gives workshops to companies to present his understandings and philosophy of the body and nervous system.
Michael has studied with some of the world’s leading yogis and meditation teachers. He holds an internationally accredited 500hr. Yoga Alliance Certificate.
