1 Day Workshop
A user-friendly Cognitive Behavioural Treatment Protocol
Join us for our final workshop of 2017!
Following on from our very successful workshops on Treating Panic Attacks and Treating Depression, this third and final workshop promises to be another instructive and inspiring day. These CPD workshops will give you the confidence to enhance your existing counselling/psychotherapy practice and add to your skillset. They will teach you how to integrate cognitive behavioural therapy – ethically and effectively – into your core therapeutic approach.
Research has indicated that psychotherapy is moving more and more toward an integrated approach and that;
“ethical guidelines for counsellors and psychologists appear to be headed in the direction of requiring therapists to know evidence-based research (what techniques actually work with what clients with what problems) if they are to exercise an appropriate standard of care for their clients.” (Jones-Smith, 2014.)
