The Social and Health Education Project Ltd (SHEP) is a unique, values-led, community-based training and development organisation. Training & Development Officer
(Personal Development): part-time
In order to facilitate part-time working for staff, we are now inviting applications for a position (either half-time or two days per week) on a one year fixed-term contract basis, based at SHEP’s main office and training centre in Ballincollig.
We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate with: accredited membership of IACP and/or IAHIP; personal commitment to values which are compatible with the values and ethos of SHEP; significant training in, and experience of, facilitating experiential (personal development) group-work; excellent interpersonal skills and proven organisational skills. Knowledge of SHEP’s training programme would be a distinct advantage.
